Educational programs

We are home to the first graduate health-care entrepreneurship program of its kind in Canada. Our programs embed learners in the real world with support from experts from science, business, engineering, medicine, social sciences and the humanities.

iBioMed

The Integrated Biomedical Engineering and Health Sciences program (iBioMed) is an interdisciplinary undergraduate program that gives students a strong foundation in both engineering and health sciences.

Master of Biomedical Innovation

The Master of Biomedical Innovation is the first graduate health-care entrepreneurship program of its kind in Canada.

Undergraduate Minor in Innovation

The Research Institute of St. Joe’s Hamilton

The Research Institute of St. Joe’s Hamilton was incorporated as a charitable, non-profit organization in 2014 to ensure the growth of research and innovation at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton and across St. Joseph’s Health System.

Hamilton Health Sciences

Hamilton Health Sciences is a community of 18,000 staff, physicians, researchers and volunteers that proudly serves southwestern Ontario residents. It also provides specialized advanced care to people from across the province.
