The ground-breaking Bachelor-Master program is seeding the next generation of entrepreneurial, scientific, and business leaders in the Canadian pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and biomedical sectors and beyond.

(iBioMed) is an interdisciplinary undergraduate program that gives students a strong foundation in both engineering and health sciences. Students will have a common first year before choosing to specialize in either health sciences or engineering in second year.

The Health Innovation Bootcamp is an immersive, project-focused education program providing curious innovators with the building blocks of entrepreneurship. Bootcamp participants will start to build their business foundation and understand high level entrepreneurship/business concepts and terminology.

Offered through the DeGroote School of Business, Impact Entrepreneurship 101 is a no-cost, weekend-long bootcamp designed to support aspiring entrepreneurs who wish to drive social and environmental change.

The first graduate health-care entrepreneurship program of its kind in Canada, the MBI (MBI) program is a multidisciplinary, project-oriented graduate program focused on bridging the gap between technology development and its transfer into local, national, and international biomedical markets.

Residency @ The Clinic is a nine-month program for health care innovators who are committed to moving their health innovations forward and looking for a fast-track approach to validate and grow their business while building up their critical network.

In this course students will learn to apply skills learned in entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship and community engagement from an experiential perspective.

The Clinic brings together students, faculty, staff and entrepreneurs to explore innovative ideas with the potential to change the face of health care.

The Clinic on Demand is a membership-based offering where entrepreneurs can join our community throughout the year to gain access to The Clinic’s Member Portal that includes resources to help move their innovations forward on their own timeline.

The Forge is an entrepreneurial hub backed by McMaster University, catering to startups in the Hamilton, Greater Toronto, and Niagara regions.

Startup Survivor provides startups with the funding, resources, and mentorship to guide and prepare you for launch.

Developed between the Faculty of Engineering, the DeGroote School of Business, and the Forge Startup Incubator, the Minor in Innovation is designed to give students the tools they need to succeed in today’s fast-paced, innovation-driven marketplace.
